The property is fenced and is located near the Rydygiera Hospital in the area of ul. Okulickiego in Krakow. Nearby there is a complex which includes: pharmacy, Żabka store, gastronomy, two bakeries, post office, Biedronka and many more.
The location is well connected with the center of Krakow, 10 km from the Main Market Square, 4 km from the Water Park and 2 km from the Wanda Shopping Center and the Aldi market.
Public buses: 138,182,511 and near the hospital: 123, 139, 153, 193, 501, 601, trams: 9, 14, 16, 21, 52.64.
Very close there is also a horse farm, a hotel along with the Restaurant Szlachecki, a petrol station with a car wash.
The area has a very well developed social infrastructure, in the area there are kindergartens, nurseries, schools, medical clinics, shopping centers.

All rooms of the building along with the property are cleaned once a week by the cleaning lady. Cleaning and cleanliness of the building is included in the rental price.
There is also a service of ordered laundry with ironing.
